The media law came into effect on November 1, 2020. We no longer have to wait for that. Whether the rules will also be enforced for YouTuber's Whatsapp number database remains to be seen. Discussions are currently taking place in a European context as to whether YouTube channels are indeed seen as a commercial media service on demand and Whatsapp number database whether immediately applies to all channels that earn money from it. It may cause amounts to be slightly lower, but it is not a bomb under the revenue model.
